¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted

In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Stir in the active dry yeast and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy. This indicates the yeast is activated and ready to use. - Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture, warm milk, and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms. - Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. If the dough feels too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time. - First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size. - Shape the Dough
