Ingredients

  • 4 cups water

  • ¼ cup dried lavender flowers (or 3 lavender sprigs)

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Directions

  • Make the Lavender Honey Syrup
    In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a simmer. Add the dried lavender and honey, stirring until the honey dissolves. Remove from heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Strain out the lavender flowers and let the syrup cool.
  • Mix the Lemonade
    In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, the lavender honey syrup, and the remaining 2 cups of cold water. Stir well.
  • Chill and Serve
