🍪 Easy & Healthy Butter Cookie
Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside—these buttery cookies are made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
📝 Ingredients:

1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened

1/3 cup (65 g) coconut sugar or brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup (120 g) whole wheat flour or oat flour

1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

In a bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
