Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm with toasted bread or over pasta.
