Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

  • 1 ¼ cups warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary

Directions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead into a soft dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
  • Press dough into a greased baking tray.
  • Mix garlic, rosemary, and 1 tbsp olive oil, then spread over the dough.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
