3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
1 ¼ cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead into a soft dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Press dough into a greased baking tray.
- Mix garlic, rosemary, and 1 tbsp olive oil, then spread over the dough.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
